摘　　要：骡子车指在产品开发初期,用现有车的白车身进行改装和装上设计的底盘、动力总成以考察底盘性能。骡子车改制是汽车产品研发试制阶段的重要开发环节,不仅能为后续试验提供样车,更重要的是可以有效验证产品设计方案。在确保骡子车质量精度的同时实现成本最低化,同时发现设计问题,提升汽车升级开发质量,实现新产品初期验证需求。Mule car refers to the vehicle in the early stage of product development,using the existing car's body in white to modify and install the designed chassis,powertrain to investigate the chassis performance.More importantly,the mule car can effectively verify the product design solution.The restructuring of mule car is an important development link in the development and trial production stage of automobile products,which can not only provide sample cars for subsequent tests,but also effectively verify the product design scheme.While ensuring the quality accuracy of the mule car,it also minimizes the cost,finds out the design problems,improves the quality of the upgrade and development of the car,and realizes the initial verification requirements of the new product.
