摘　　要：文章分析了车架装配的工艺流程,阐述了商用车车架纵梁上线装配方式的技术要求和特点,重点介绍了一种采用基于多品种混流生产条件下的商用车车架纵梁自动化上线装置,实现了车架纵梁白件、黑件混流情况下的自动化上线,在确保纵梁油漆防护的同时,减轻工人装挂作业,提升了现有车架装配线的柔性化和生产节拍。This paper analyzes the frame assembly process,this paper expounds the way of commercial vehicle frame longeron on-line assembly technology requirements and characteristics of the introduced a kind of based on many kinds of mixed flow production under the condition of commercial vehicle frame girder automation on-line device,implement the frame longitudinal beam without paint,paint a mixed flow automation online,in ensuring longeron paint protection at the same time,reduce loading hang workers,improve the flexibility of the existing frame assembly line and production rhythm.
