摘 要:以XV1307工作面XV1214巷道为工程背景,分析了切顶卸压成巷的机理,提出了恒阻锚索补强支护技术,优化了切顶爆破方案设计,针对不同受力区域确定了差异性支护方案。现场工业试验监测巷道顶底板移近控制在175 mm,两帮移近控制在200 mm,恒阻锚索受力稳定在90 MPa,巷道维护状态良好。Taking XV1214 roadway of XV1307 working face as engineering background,this paper analyzes the mechanism of roof cutting and pressure relief,puts forward constant resistance anchor cable reinforcement support technology,optimizes the design of roof cutting blasting scheme,and determines different support schemes according to different stress areas.According to the field industrial test,the approach of roof and floor is controlled at 175 mm,the approach of two sides is controlled at 200 mm,the force of constant resistance anchor cable is stable at 90 MPa,and the roadway is in good maintenance condition.
