摘 要:利用导数同步荧光法的高选择性,建立同时测定水体中苯酚、邻苯二酚、间苯二酚的方法.研究了不同pH值条件对荧光强度的影响,确定了同步荧光光谱的最佳波长差.实验结果表明:在0.01-1.5mg/L范围内浓度与导数同步荧光值呈线性关系,相关系数为0.989-0.999,检出限在0.004-0.015mg/L,加标回收率为87%-102%.该方法处理样品简单、测定比较准确、精密度高,可用于水样中微痕量苯酚、苯二酚的快速测定.Using the high selectivity of derivative synchronous fluorescence,it was proposed for simultaneous determination of phenol、pyrocatechol and resorcinol in water samples. The effect of different experimental conditions,such as different pH for fluorescence intensity and the choosing of the optimal wavelength difference,were studied. The experimental results showed that the concentrations of phenol,pyrocatechol and resorcinol are linear with the intensity of derivative synchronous fluorescence in the concentration range of 0.01~1.5 mg/L,with correlation coefficient of 0.989~0.999 and detection limits of 0.004~0.015 mg/L,the recovery rate range was 87~102%. This method was simple and accurate with high sensitivity,it can be used for the determination of micro-trace phenol and phenolic acid in water samples.
