摘 要:通过ABAQUS有限元仿真分析了尖锥形齿在单齿条件下的破岩过程,计算得到了齿切削力和破碎比功随齿顶角和前倾角的变化规律获得了齿顶角和前倾角的最优匹配关系,为尖锥形后备齿PDC钻头的设计提供了理论支持。在此基础上研发的的尖锥形后备齿PDC钻头在岳XX井成功开展了现场试验,结果表明该钻头在机械钻速和进尺方面均表现优异具有较高的工程应用价值。在实际应用中也发现:除齿顶角和前倾角这两个参数之外,尖锥形齿与常规PDC齿的位置关系也值得深入研究其研究结果有望进一步提高尖锥形后备齿PDC钻头的破岩效率和使用寿命。In this paper,ABAQUS FEM simulation analysis on the rock-breaking process of the stinger cutter has been applied,and the variation rule of the cutting force as well as the rock-breaking power which are changed with addendum angle and top rake angle has been found,and the optimized relationship between the addendum angle and the top rake angle of the cutter has been derived,which will provide theoretical support for the design of the PDC bit with stinger back-up cutters. On basis of the analysis,an optimized PDC bit has been designed and manufactured,and the test of the bit has been carried out in Well Yue XX which proves that the optimized bit performs well in both ROP and footage with higher application value. Except for parameters such as addendum angle and top rake angle,the relative position between the stinger cutter and the conventional PDC cutter has been found important for the performance of the PDC bit,so relevant research should be conducted and the research achievements will further improve the performance and service life of the PDC bit with stinger back-up cutters.
