摘 要:调驱技术是裂缝性非均质油藏普遍应用的增产手段。作为应用最广泛的聚合物凝胶调剖剂,其初始态性能与聚合物溶液一致。因此,为提高聚合物调驱剂在裂缝性油藏中的应用效果,非常有必要利用驱替实验分析初始态调驱剂(调驱剂溶液)在微裂缝中的运移特征。实验结果表明调驱剂溶液在微裂缝中流动时启动压力几乎可以忽略,且在较低的流速范围内呈线性流,随着流速增加而逐渐偏离线性流。在相同水测渗透率的裂缝和多孔介质中,裂缝中的调驱剂溶液流动阻力相对较低,但这种流动阻力的差异程度随着渗透率的增加会逐渐降低。由于调驱剂溶液中的主剂是聚合物,对其流动特征和机理的认识对采油化学其他领域(压裂液、化学驱等)也同样具有重要意义。Conformance control technology is the most effective treatment method to enhance oil recovery in the fractured heterogeneous reservoirs. As the most commonly used polymer gel conformance control agent,its initial state properties are basically consistent with those of the polymer solution. Therefore,to improve the effect of practical application of the organic polymer conformance control agent in the fractured oil reservoir,the transportation characteristics of polymer solution in micro-fracture is systematically studied by displacement experiments. The results show that the threshold pressure of the polymer solution flowing in the micro-fractured core can be almost negligible,and it flows linearly in the low flow rate range. However,the linear flow can be gradually deviated as the flow rate increases. Under the same water permeability of fracture and porous medium,the flow resistance of the polymer solution in the fractures smaller than that in the porous medium,but the degree of difference in the flow resistance can be gradually decreased with the increase of the permeability. Since the polymer solution is not only the main agent of the profile control and oil displacement agent,but also can be as the main agent of fluids such as fracturing fluid and chemical flooding,the understanding of its flow characteristics and mechanism in the fracture and porous medium is also of great significance in other fields of oil production of chemistry.
