摘 要:为确保有效的分层注水,建立密封筒受损当量直径、漏失量和压力之间的函数关系对于密封筒分层验封,二者具有很好的相似性。文章采用物理模拟和数值模拟相结合的方法,研究了缝隙流动流量、压降和当量直径之间的关系建立了受损状态与漏失量之间函数模型。研究结果表明,函数模型分析结果与试验数据比对,误差小于10%,验证了该模型的可靠性;密封筒缝隙入口到上出口压降随分流比的增大而增大,随入口流量的增大而增大;当入口流量一定时,缝隙当量直径越大,流体在流动过程中的压降损失越小。该研究成果可为密封筒受损预测提供一种方法,为优选密封工具、实现分层开采提供理论指导。In order to ensure effective layered water injection,the functional relationship among the damaged equivalent diameter,leakage and pressure of the sealing cylinder is established,which has a good similarity for the layered sealing inspection of the sealing cylinder. By means of physical simulation and numerical simulation, the relationship function between damage state and leakage was proposed,and the relationship among the flow rate,pressure drop and equivalent diameter was researched in this study. Results demonstrate that the error is less than 10% compared with the experimental data,which verifies the reliability of the model. The pressure drop from the gap inlet to the upper outlet increases with the increase of the split ratio and the inlet flow rate. The larger gap equivalent diameter,the smaller pressure drop loss in the flow process when the inlet flow rate is constant. The proposed method provides a method for predicting the damage of sealing cylinder,and provides theoretical guidance for optimizing sealing tools and realizing slicing mining.
