裂缝型砂岩油藏高含水井化学堵水压裂技术研究及应用

摘　　要：针对华庆油田长6油藏高含水井逐年攀升,常规堵水工艺增油效果不佳的问题,通过对储层地质特征、油田开发等因素进行深入剖析,明确见水特征。为进一步提高封堵高含水层的效果,降低后期压裂窜层的风险,文章通过对丙烯酰胺单体进行嫁接复配,形成了HQTPAM聚合物,提出了新型深部堵水堵剂体系,该体系具有较好的耐温、抗盐、抗压等性能,并与无机封堵结合,形成了"有机多段塞封堵+无机封口"的堵水工艺,通过与暂堵转向压裂技术相结合,实现了堵水、压裂联作,形成了堵老缝压新缝的化学堵水转向压裂技术。截至目前,现场试验3井次,有效3口,井均日增油0.8 t,含水下降34.2%,降水增油效果显著;该技术为高含水井治理提供了新思路建议推广应用。The high water cut wells are rising year by year in the Chang 6 reservoir in Hua Qing Oilfield,through in-depth analysis of the reservoir geological characteristics and oilfield development,the water cut characteristics are clearly defined. In order to further improve the effect of plugging high aquifers and reduce the risk of late stage fracturing layers,through the study of the grafting of acrylamide monomer distribution,formed the HQTPAM polymer. A new type of deep water plugging agent system was proposed by optimizing the indoor formula. The system has good temperature resistance,salt resistance,pressure resistance and other properties,and formed the " organic multislug plugging agent combination + inorganic sealing" combination mode,the field test effect is good. Combined with temporary plugging steering fracturing technology,the joint operation of water shutoff and fracturing is realized,forming the chemical water shutoff steering fracturing technology of plugging old fracture and pressing new fracture. Up to now,field tests have been carried out for 3 Wells,3 of which are effective. The average daily oil increase is 0. 8 t/d,the water content drops by 34. 2%,and the effect of precipitation oil increase is significant. This technology provides a new idea for the treatment of high water-bearing wells.
