摘 要:在矿物组分和结构分析基础上,开展土库曼白垩系钻井液工艺技术优化研究表明:上部易水化膨胀地层易垮塌或缩径其稳定性取决于钻井液化学抑制性,中下部为微裂隙层理发育的硬脆性地层,钻井液封堵性能是关键;基于地层温度的软化变形粒子和高效抑制剂的优选形成钾胺基有机盐两性离子聚合物钻井液体系,能够满足不稳定地层钻井需要;针对大井眼复杂井筒环境携砂不良问题,在平板型层流携岩理论和井壁稳定对环空流态的要求上,提出流变参数调控方案,同时引进柔性网状纤维,形成纤维重稠浆高效携岩技术;现场应用表明优化后的钻井液技术能有效解决井壁失稳难题,减少井下复杂时间、降低井眼扩大率及坍塌压力提高了机械钻速。Based on outcrops claystone in Cretaceous unstable claystone formation,in Turkmenistan,carried out physical and chemical properties tests as to mineralogical composition and hydrating characteristics,then the drilling fluid technology is inclusively optimized,understanding that:(1)the upper section of the Cretaceous is easily hydrated resulting in the tight hole and pipe sticking. The critical factor to tackle this problem is improving the inhibitive ability of the mud. By contrast,the middle-lower section is classified as the hard and brittle claystone fully filled with minute crefts and the wellbore sloughing problems are easily taken place in the course of drilling in such section.(2)The potassium-amine-amphoteric polymer drilling fluid with the suitable softening point sealing material is created to solve the drilling problems like pipe stuck and caving.(3)In order to cope with the inefficient cutting transportation and cleaning hole,drilling fluid rheological parameters are optimized and also the high viscosity sweep mud with fiber is presented to clean the hole and to enhance the condition of the hole,based on the theory of flat plate laminar flow of cutting transporting and the correlation between the well stability and annular flow pattern.(4)Field application reveals that optimized drilling fluid can solve such drilling difficulties as caving,bit balling,inefficient hole cleaning and wellbore instability and it is also suggested that this drilling fluid system can befit the technical requirements of drilling operation in Cretaceous unstable claystone formation.
