摘　　要：2008年,四川汶川大地震以后,生命安全被提升至最高的高度,建筑隔震设计由此得到迅速推广和应用,特别在9度地震设防区,市场对建筑隔震设计的需求大增。建筑隔震设计对工程造价的影响尚欠缺对比研究。隔震建筑会增加隔震层和隔震设施的费用,但隔震层上部建筑按降低地震设防1度左右进行设计,降低上部建筑的工程造价。两个因素叠加后的工程造价变化情况是文章研究的重点,可以对建筑隔震设计的推广和运用提供工程造价方向的数据支撑。After the Wenchuan earthquake in 2008,the life safety has been raised to the highest level,and the building isolation design has been rapidly promoted and applied.Especially in the 9-degree earthquake fortification area,the market demand for building isolation design has increased greatly.The impact of building isolation design on the project cost is still lack of comparative study.The isolation building will increase the cost of isolation layer and isolation facilities,but the upper part of the isolation layer will reduce the design of the earthquake fortification by about 1 degree,will reduce the project cost of the upper part of the building.The change of the project cost after the superposition of the two factors is the focus of this paper,and will promote and transport the design of building isolation.It is supported by data providing the direction of project cost.
