摘 要:公共厕所是满足公众日常生活需要的必需场所,为了做好疫情期间公共厕所内病原微生物(尤其是病原体可能存在经排泄物传播风险时)的防控,系统阐述了厕所内病原微生物的传播途径,总结了其防控措施和粪污的就地消杀手段,并对公厕内病原微生物防控提出了建议。研究结果可为疫情期间,尤其是疫情重灾区公厕的使用与维护提供参考。Public toilet are indispensable places to meet the daily needs of the public.In order to prevent and control pathogenic microorganisms in public toilets during the epidemic,particularly when the pathogen might be potentially transmitted via excreta,the transmission route of pathogenic microorganism in the toilet was systematically elaborated.The control measures and the methods of feces disinfection on-site were summarized.Moreover,the suggestions for the prevention and control of pathogenic microorganisms in public toilets were put forward.The results of this study provided references for the use and maintenance of public toilets during the epidemic,especially in severely affected areas.
