摘 要:采用溶剂热法制备了Fe(Ⅱ)掺杂TiO_(2)光催化剂,并采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)、比表面仪(BET)、扫描电镜(SEM)对其进行表征。考察了光照时间、FeSO_(4)·7H_(2)O加入量、pH和Cr(Ⅵ)初始质量浓度对采用该催化剂处理含Cr(Ⅵ)电镀废水效果的影响。得到了较佳的工艺条件为:反应时间120 min,FeSO_(4)·7H_(2)O加入量0.3 g,pH 4.0,Cr(Ⅵ)初始质量浓度100 mg/L。该条件下Cr(Ⅵ)的去除率可达81.4%,催化剂的去除效率为35.2 mg/g。A Fe(Ⅱ)-doped TiO_(2) photocatalyst was synthesized solvothermally and characterized using X-ray diffractometer(XRD),X-ray photoelectron spectroscope(XPS),BET specific surface area analyzer,and scanning electron microscope(SEM).The effects of illumination time,FeSO_(4)·7H_(2)O dosage,pH,and initial mass concentration of Cr(Ⅵ)on the removal of Cr(Ⅵ)from an electroplating wastewater using the photocatalyst were studied.The process conditions were optimized as follows:illumination time 120 min,FeSO_(4)·7H_(2)O dosage 0.3 g,pH 4.0,and initial mass concentration of Cr(Ⅵ)100 mg/L.The removal efficiency of Cr(Ⅵ)was up to 81.4%thereunder,and the specific removal efficacy of the photocatalyst was 35.2 mg/g.
