摘　　要：介绍了魏家峁露天煤矿生产现状,通过综合考虑露天煤矿安全管理、质量管控、生产产量、能耗指标、设备维护、文明生产6大考评内容,创造性提出横向班组、纵向包机组网格化生产竞赛模式,通过赋予各工种系数统一考评标准,准确计算出全员生产竞赛排名,为露天煤矿生产职工绩效发放及评先选优奠定基础。This article introduces the production status of Weijiamao Open-pit Coal Mine,comprehensively considers the six assessment contents of safety management,quality control,production output,energy consumption index,equipment maintenance and civilized production of open-pit coal mine,creatively puts forward the grid production competition mode of horizontal team and vertical contracting unit,and calculates the production competition ranking of all production personnel accurately by giving the coefficient of each work type with unified evaluation standard,which lays a foundation for the performance distribution and evaluation of the production staff in the open-pit coal mine.
