抚顺东露天矿采场爆破根底产生原因及治理措施

摘　　要：为了解决抚顺东露天矿坑下采区局部地质条件变化区域岩石台阶和小于5 m段高的低矮台阶爆破作业后易产生根底问题,东露天矿生产技术人员通过分析补充地质资料和现场写实记录,依托现场改进试验,提出了明确岩性变化区域位置规定,加打辅助钻孔,缩小钻孔和药包直径,采用逐孔起爆技术,用仪器辅助测量台阶高度等技术措施。现场应用结果表明:各项技术措施对消除特殊区域台阶爆破作业产生根底是行之有效的。In order to solve the problem of rock bench and low bench with height less than 5 m with local geological conditions changing area in the east open-pit mine,we analyze and supplement the geological data and the on-site realistic records,relying on the field improvement test,propose to clarify the location of lithologic change area,add auxiliary drilling holes,and reduce drilling hole and charge diameter.We adopt initiation technology hole by hole and auxiliary measurement of step height by instrument.The field application results show that the technical measures are effective to eliminate the root cause of bench blasting in special areas.
