摘　　要：为了查找出造成630E卡车厢斗枢轴销脱落故障发生的原因,从厢斗枢轴销固定锁片固定方式、枢轴销与车架基孔润滑状况、车架基孔、厢斗基孔、枢轴销磨损情况进行分析。研究结果表明:通过使用镗孔、镶嵌铜套、镶嵌衬套、加强润滑、正确添加枢轴销调整垫、焊接防摆块、焊接枢轴销轴向限位块等一系列的技术措施,并将各部位的连接螺栓使用标准扭矩,之前的故障现象基本排除,实现了设备的平稳运行。In order to find out the cause of the failure of 630E truck bucket pivot pin,the article analyzes the fixed locking plate of the bucket pivot pin,the lubrication of the pivot pin and the frame base hole,the frame base hole,the bucket base hole and pivot pin wear.The research results show that through the use of boring holes,inlaid copper sleeves,inlaid bushes,enhanced lubrication,the correct addition of pivot pin adjustment pads,welding anti-sway blocks,welding pivot pin axial limit blocks and other technical measures,we use the standard torque of the connecting bolts in each part.The previous fault phenomenon is basically eliminated,and the smooth operation of the equipment is achieved.
