摘　　要：为了解决准能集团公司哈尔乌素露天矿MT5500B电动轮卡车后桥风机定子绕组损坏的问题,提出了卡车后桥风机定子绕组的绕制和维修方案,确定了线圈绕制模具的尺寸,并进行了后桥风机定子绕组的更换维修工作。结果表明:此项维修方案达到了风机为卡车后桥散热的使用目的,节约了外委维修成本,提高了MT5500B电动轮卡车的出动率。In order to solve the problem of the damage of the rear axle fan stator windings of MT5500B electric wheel truck in Ha'erwusu Open-pit mine,the article presents the winding and maintenance scheme of the rear axle fan stator windings,determines the size of the winding die,and carries out the subsequent replacement and maintenance of the rear axle fan stator windings.The results show that the repair plan can achieve the purpose of using the fan for the heat dissipation of the truck rear axle,save the maintenance cost of outsourcing,improve the response rate of MT5500B electric wheel truck.
