摘　　要：为了解决哈尔乌素露天矿MT5500B电动轮卡车主发电机辅助励磁定子绕组损坏的问题,研究提出了卡车主发电机辅助励磁定子的绕组的制作和更换维修方案,设计制作了其绕组的线圈绕制模具,并进行了辅助励磁定子绕组的后续更换维修工作。结果表明:此方案完全能够做到对绕组的更换维修,达到卡车主发电机的使用要求,为哈尔乌素露天矿节约了维修成本,提高了MT5500B电动轮卡车的使用率,对提高哈尔乌素露天矿的经济效益具有重大的意义。In order to solve the problem of the auxiliary excitation stator windings damage of MT5500B electric wheel truck main generator in Ha'erwusu Open-pit Mine,this article puts forward the winding production and replacement maintenance scheme of the auxiliary excitation stator of the truck main generator,designs and makes the winding mould,and carries out the follow-up replacement and maintenance of the auxiliary excitation stator windings.The results show that this scheme can completely achieve the replacement and maintenance of windings,meet the use requirements of the truck main generator,save the maintenance cost,improve the utilization rate of MT5500B electric wheel truck,which has great significance for improving the economic benefits in Ha'erwusu Open-pit Mine.
