摘　　要：为尽量精确地模拟多层分子污染薄膜对敏感光学元件透射率的影响,采用洛伦兹‒洛伦茨公式以及波在分层媒质中的传播建立光学污染效应模型,且在建模过程中考虑过渡层。对比起见,按照ASTM E 595标准进行出气试验,以信号电缆屏蔽线PVC材料外部绝缘层和33+黑色绝缘胶带为污染源,先后沉积在石英和K9光学玻璃表面,用分光光度计和质谱计测量污染薄膜的透射率与污染成分。模型的计算值与试验测量值比较显示,二者符合性较好,验证了模型的有效性。To simulate more accurately the effect of the transmittance of the multi-molecular contaminated films on the susceptible optical components,a model is established based on the Lorentz-Lorenz relation and the theory of the wave propagation in the hierarchical dielectric film,with consideration of the transition layer.For a comparison between the numerical analysis and the experimental testing,the non-metallic bilayer films are prepared on two kinds of glass substrates to carry out an outgassing test based on the ASTM E 595 standard,with the measurements of the transmittance and the molecular species by the spectrophotometer and the mass spectrometer,respectively.It is shown that the calculation results obtained from the model agree well with the measurement values,thus the model is validated.
