心流理论视角下图书馆编目员工作情境与行为模式研究

摘　　要：编目业务经历卡片目录、机读目录、元数据编目几个阶段,编目员的心态也面临多重抉择。通过分析厌倦、冷漠、担忧、焦虑、放松、控制、觉醒与心流几种心态对工作的调节作用,确立心流体验是编目员的最佳心理选择。心流体验是积极心理学的重要概念,有助于个体工作技能的提升与最佳行为模式的确立。凭借规律的生活、兴趣点、专注力以及人际沟通等因素,编目员可以沉浸在个体心流体验中。个体心流体验的同频共振推动了集体行为效益,实现编目员工作情境向元数据服务、数据库建设、文献传递、阅读推广、第二课堂等领域的拓展。Library’s cataloging has gone through several stages:card catalog,machine-readable catalog and metadata catalog.The attitude of catalogers also faces multiple choices.The paper analyzes the moderating effects of boredom,indifference,worry,anxiety,relaxation,control,awakening and flow on work.Finally,the best psychological choice for catalogers is to establish flow experience.Flow experience is an important concept of positive psychology,which is conducive to the improvement of individual work skills and the establishment of the best behavior model.With regular life,interest,concentration and interpersonal communication,catalogers can immerse themselves in individual flow experience.The same frequency resonance of individual flow experience promotes the collective behavior benefit,and realizes the expansion of cataloger’s work situation to metadata service,database construction,document transmission,reading promotion,second class and other fields.
