摘  要:目前,静电喷雾技术已在传统背负式喷雾机上得到应用,为更好的推广该种机具,对其实际作业效果进行细致准确的分析至关重要。为探究背负式静电喷雾机的作业效果,分析静电喷雾的雾化沉积特点,制定合理喷雾作业规程,采用实地试验与计算机图像识别技术相结合的方法,对静电喷雾的沉积均匀性、雾滴穿透性以及飘移性进行定量分析研究,通过试验得到,相比于传统背负式喷雾机,在相同的作业条件下,静电喷雾可提高沉积均匀率15%,平均降低雾滴粒径和雾滴飘移量分别为51.6%和41.5%,背负式静电喷雾机合理喷雾高度为50 cm左右。试验证明了利用背负式静电喷雾机可显著提高喷雾沉积均匀性,降低雾滴飘移量,对节约资源、保护环境、实现农业可持续发展将起到重要推动作用,可为后续改进和优化背负式静电喷雾机提供依据和参考。At present,electrostatic spraying technology has been applied to traditional backpack sprayers.In order to better promote this kind of equipment,it is important to conduct a detailed and accurate analysis of its actual operation effect.In order to explore the operation effect of the backpack electrostatic sprayer,the characteristics of the atomization and deposition of the electrostatic spray were analyzed,and a reasonable spraying operation procedure was formulated.A combination of field tests and computer image recognition technology was used to determine the uniformity of the electrostatic spray and the droplets.The penetrability and drift were quantitatively analyzed.Through experiments,compared with the traditional backpack sprayer,under the same operating conditions,lectrostatic spraying could increase the deposition uniformity rate by 15%and reduce the average droplet size and droplets.The drift was 51.6%and 41.5%respectively.The reasonable spray height of the backpack electrostatic sprayer was about 50cm.The test proved that the use of a knapsack electrostatic sprayer could significantly improve the uniformity of spray deposition and reduce the amount of mist droplets,which would play an important role in saving resources,protecting the environment and achieving sustainable agricultural development.It would provide basis and reference for the subsequent improvement and optimization of backpack electrostatic sprayers.
