摘  要:以辣椒亲本及其杂交种F1为试材,利用相关性与灰色关联法分析了低温弱光胁迫下辣椒苗期叶片的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)、可溶性蛋白(soluble protein,SP)、可溶性糖(soluble sugar,SS)、脯氨酸(Proline,Pro)等指标,以期筛选出较优良的能预测辣椒杂种优势的生理指标和评价辣椒杂种优势较明显的度量标准。结果表明:7个生理指标中预测辣椒杂种优势的优劣顺序是CAT>Pro>SP>POD>SS>SOD>APX;除SP具有负向杂种优势外,POD、SOD、CAT、APX、SS及Pro均具有正向杂种优势,且离中优势是评价辣椒杂种优势的优良度量标准,在今后预测杂种优势及杂交育种中可着重考虑。Using the parents and their F1 hybrid as materials,several physiological indexes of pepper seedling leaves were measured under low temperature and weak light stress,which included superoxide dismutase(POD),peroxidase(SOD),catalase(CAT),ascorbate peroxidase(APX),soluble sugar(SS),soluble protein(SP),and Proline(Pro).The physiological indexes were comprehensively analyzed using the methods of correlation analysis and grey correlation with the aim to get the suitable physiological indexes to predict the heterosis and the corresponding criteria.The results showed that the order of seven physiological indexes to predict heterosis of pepper from high to low was CAT>Pro>SP>POD>SS>SOD>APX.Additionally,POD,SOD,CAT,APX,SS and Pro had all positive heterosis except for SP with negative heterosis.The superiority from mid-parent was the most suitable standards for appraising the heterosis of pepper under low temperature and weak light stress.These results provided valuable references for predicting heterosis in pepper breeding programs.
