摘　　要：红龙18号是以自交系HT40为母本、自交系HB289为父本培育的早熟、高色价两系杂交一代加工型辣椒新品种。植株无限分枝类型,株高70 cm,株幅50~60 cm。始花节位在第12节,结果集中,坐果能力强,果实羊角形,果纵径15 cm,果横径3.3 cm,干椒单果质量4.5 g,平均单株坐果数35个,平均每667 m2干椒产量在480 kg以上;青熟果绿色,成熟果深红色,果皮光亮,果实色价高,适宜辣椒红色素提取加工。红龙18号抗疫病、耐病毒病,适宜于新疆南北疆种植。Honglong 18 F1 hybrid was bred by crossing the inbred line HT40 as the female parent with inbred line HB289 as the male parent.The plant has unlimited branches,with a height of 70 cm and a width of 50~60 cm.The first flower appears at the 12th node.With strong fruit setting ability,its fruit is in horn shape.The fruit length,diameter,and weight is 15 cm,3.3 cm,and 4.5 g,respectively.The average number of fruits is 35 per plant,and the average yield of dried pepper is above 480 kg/667 m2.The immature fruit is in green color and the matured fruit is in dark red color.With bright peel and high color value,this variety is suitable for the extraction and processing of paprika oleoresin natural pigment.Honglong 18 is resistant to epidemic disease and virus,and suitable for planting in north and south areas of Xinjiang.
