摘　　要：微博已成为大学生群体的主流社交方式,其兴起与发展为高校创新思想政治教育工作带来了新机遇,同时也带来了一定挑战。在以微博为代表的新媒体蓬勃发展的时代背景下,需要通过搭建多样化的"微平台"、有效利用微博教育资源、加强对热点事件的舆论引导、提升大学生微博媒介素养等,不断增强高校思想政治教育工作的实效性。Micro blog has become the mainstream social way of college students.Its rise and development bring new opportunities and challenges to the innovation of Ideological and Political Education in colleges and universities.Under the background of the vigorous development of new media represented by micro blog,we should build a variety of“micro platform”,make effective use of microblog education resources,strengthen the guidance of public opinion on hot events,and improve the media literacy of college students’micro blog,so as to continuously improve the effectiveness of Ideological and Political Education of college students.
