摘　　要：目的:探讨大肠癌患者心理弹性水平现状,分析其影响因素。方法:采用便利抽样方法,应用一般资料调查表、心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)中文版对住院治疗的166例大肠癌患者进行调查。结果:大肠癌患者心理弹性水平总分为(53.11±14.57)分,其中坚韧性维度得分为(26.93±8.63)分,力量性维度得分为(17.23±4.83)分,乐观性维度得分为(8.93±2.96)分。多元线性回归分析结果显示,患者性别、教育程度、职业、人均月收入、临床病理分期及肠造口是大肠癌患者心理弹性的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:大肠癌患者心理弹性水平较低。临床医护人员应重视对该人群心理状况的评估,结合影响患者CD-RISC水平的相关因素,制定有效可行的护理措施,提高患者心理弹性水平。Objective:To investigate the status of resilience and its influencing factors in patients with colorectal cancer.Methods:Totally 166 hospitalized patients with colorectal cancer collected by convenience sampling method were investigated by self-designed general information questionnaire and the Chinese version of the resilience scale(CD-RISC).Logistic regression model was used to analyze the independent influencing factors of resilience level of the patients.Results:The mean score of total resilience level was 53.11±14.57,and the scores for each dimension were as follows:tenacity 26.93±8.63,strength 17.23±4.83,optimism 8.93±2.96.Multiple linear regression model showed that gender,educational level,occupation,average monthly incomes,clinic opathologic stage and colostomy were independent influencing factors(P<0.05).Conclusion:The resilience level of the colorectal cancer patients is still low.Medical staff should attach great importance to the assessment of the psychological status,and make effective and feasible nursing measures to improve the resilience level of patients.
