摘　　要：目的:构建手术室专科护理质量敏感性指标,为手术室护理质量监测评价体系的建立提供科学、标准、量化的依据。方法:通过检索国内外相关文献,结合手术室临床问卷调查的结果分析,初步拟定手术室护理质量敏感性指标的条目。运用德尔菲法完成两轮专家函询,确立手术室护理质量敏感性指标及计算公式。结果:最终确定护理质量敏感性指标,共计23项。两轮函询专家权威系数分别为0.827和0.862,各指标变异系数小于0.3。结论:构建的手术室护理质量敏感性指标具有专科特色,临床可信度高,适用于手术室进行专科护理质量控制及评价,利于手术室持续的质量改进和提高。Objective:To explore the sensitivity index of the specific nursing quality in operating room,and provide scientific,standard and quantitative basis for the establishment of nursing quality monitoring and evaluation system in operating room.Methods:By searching the related literature at home and abroad and analyzing the results of the questionnaire survey,the items of the sensitivity index were initially proposed.Delphi method was used to complete two rounds of expert correspondence consultation,and finally established the nursing quality sensitivity index and calculation formula in operating room.Results:A total of 23 sensitivity indexes with special and unified characteristics of operating room were established.The authority coefficient of the experts in the two rounds of correspondence consultation were 0.827 and 0.862,and the variation coefficient of each index was less than 0.3.Conclusion:The established sensitivity index of nursing quality in the operating room has specialty characteristics and high clinical credibility,which is suitable for the quality control and evaluation of specialized nursing and conducive to continuous quality improvement in the operating room.
