摘　　要：目的:探讨共情护理对乳腺癌放疗患者心理痛苦的影响。方法:选取120例乳腺癌住院患者为研究对象,按照入院先后顺序分为对照组和观察组各60例。对照组行放疗常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上运用共情护理。采用心理痛苦温度计(DT)及其问题列表(PL)、医院焦虑抑郁量表(HADS)、乳腺癌患者生活质量测定量表(FACT-B)评价两组患者干预前后的心理痛苦水平、焦虑抑郁水平及生活质量。结果:最终观察组有效样本59例,对照组有效样本58例。两组患者干预后心理痛苦评分、焦虑抑郁评分低于干预前(P<0.05),且观察组效果优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者干预后观察组生活质量优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对乳腺癌放疗患者实施共情护理有助于减轻心理痛苦水平,缓解焦虑抑郁情绪,改善生活质量。Objective:To investigate the effect of empathetic nursing on psychological pain in breast cancer patients undergoing radiotherapy.Methods:120 hospitalized patients with breast cancer were divided into the control group(n=60)and the observation group(n=60)according to the order of admission.The control group was given the regular nursing,the observation group were given by additional empathetic nursing.Distress thermometer(DT)and problem list(PL),hospital anxiety and depression scale(HADS),and FACT-B were used to evaluate the psychological pain level,the anxiety and depression level,and quality of life in the two group before and after the treatment,respectively.Results:The observation group had 59 valid patients,while the control group possessed 58 valid patients.The levels of psychological pain,and anxiety and depression were decreased after the treatment in both two groups(P<0.05).Furthermore,the treatment effect and quality of life of the observation group was superior to that of the control group after Intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion:Empathetic nursing is beneficial to alleviate the psychological pain,release the anxiety and depression,and improve the quality of life for breast cancer patients treated with radiotherapy.
