高花青素洋葱品种“美球赤玉”的选育与特征特性

摘　　要："美球赤玉"是以高花青素深紫皮不育系791A为母本,以高花青素深紫皮自交系2013-5-8-3-6-1为父本培育的长日照、早熟、高花青素、深紫皮杂交种。表现:鳞茎高桩圆球形,花青素含量高达422 mg/kg;洋葱鳞片从外至里均为深紫色,色泽鲜亮;假茎细且收口紧,耐贮运,货架期长;辣味少,有甜味;单心率高,抽薹少;植株长势强,抗病;平均单球质量450 g以上,667 m^(2)产量约8000 kg;适宜在长日照地区推广,2019-2020年累计推广面积超过500 hm^(2)。"Meiqiuchiyu"was a hybrid with long sunshine,early maturity,high anthocyanin and dark purple skin,which was bred with sterile line 791A of high anthocyanin and dark purple skin as female parent and inbred line 2013-5-8-3-6-1 of high anthocyanin and dark purple skin as male parent.It showed that the bulb was high and round,the content of anthocyanin was as high as 422 mg/kg,onion scales were dark purple from outside to inside,whose skin had bright color.The cultivar had thin and tight pseudostem,storage and transportation resistance,long shelf time,less spicy,sweet taste,high heart rate,less bolting,strong growth vigor and disease resistance.The average single bulb weight was more than 450 g and the yield was about 8000 kg per 667 m^(2).It was suitable to be popularized in the long sunshine area,and the accumulative popularized area from 2019 to 2020 was more than 500 hm^(2).
