摘　　要：基于校企融合,构建产教融合基地是高职院校人才培养的有效途径。“校工坊”是产教融合基地的有益尝试,其在人才培养、技术服务、技术培训和技术研发等方面有着独特优势。完善“校工坊”的机制建设,确保各参与方利益最大化是“校工坊”持续发展的内生动力。“校工坊”的构建能为职业教育培养符合新时代生态文明建设和产业转型升级换代所需的高素质技术技能人才。Based on the integration of school and enterprise,it is an effective way to build the integration base of industry and education in higher vocational colleges."School workshop"is a beneficial attempt of the industry and education integration base,which has unique advantages in personnel training,technical service,technical training and technical research and development.The endogenous driving force for the sustainable development of the"school workshop"is to improve the mechanism construction and ensure the maximum benefit of all participants.The construction of"school workshop"can cultivate high-quality technical talents in line with the ecological civilization construction and industrial transformation and upgrading in the new era for vocational education.
