摘 要:调查分析了乘用车制动鼓铸件夹砂结疤缺陷所占比例及分布规律,根据缺陷外观形貌,分析其形成机理,确定这种夹砂结疤缺陷可能为冲蚀性夹砂缺陷。对原浇注系统工艺设计进行了模拟分析,进一步确定产生冲蚀夹砂缺陷的可能性较大,最后使用模拟分析手段提出简单有效的防止措施:取消与冒口连接的浇道,适当地加大冒口,将原工艺与冒口连接的浇道质量分配到冒口上。经过数批次试验验证,均未发现夹砂结疤缺陷废品,又生产了32000多件铸件,夹砂结疤缺陷废品率为零,彻底解决了该种缺陷。The proportion and distribution of sand-scarred defects in passenger car brake drum castings were investigated and analyzed.The formation mechanism according to the appearance of defects was analyzed,and this kind of sand-scarred defects was determined as sand-clamping defects.By further determined with simulated analysis of the original pouring system process design,the possibility of sand-clamping defects was greater.Finally,simulation analysis was used to propose simple and effective preventive measures:cancel the sprue which connected to the riser and increase riser appropriately.Distribute the quality of the sprue which connecting the original process and riser,to the riser.After several batches of tests and verification,none of the sand-scarred and scarred defective products were found,and more than 32000 castings were produced.The rate of sand-scarred and scarred defective products was zero.This defect was solved completely.
