摘  要:介绍了CA4GB缸体铸件的结构及技术要求,详细阐述了铸件结构以及铸造工艺方面的优化设计,经过生产验证后发现一些问题,并采取相应措施:(1)砂芯存在大面积的疏松,通过在砂芯芯盒对应位置增加2个排气塞,增加排气量,使问题得以解决;(2)底法兰面上油道芯芯头范围内加工余量偏小,将顶盖芯对应部位芯头尺寸增大0.5 mm后,使此部位加工余量符合铸件图标准;(3)缸体上箱油道部位尺寸接近尺寸下限,存在超差风险,通过在预设的芯撑窝座内放入芯撑,使壁厚尺寸恢复到4.5 mm,符合技术要求。The structure and technical requirements of CA4GB cylinder block casting were introduced.The casting structure and casting method optimizing design were described in detail.Some problems were found after production validation and corresponding measures were adopted:(1)Sand cores were loose in large areas.By adding 2 venting plugs at corresponding locations of core box to increase gas venting volume,the problem had been solved.(2)The machining allowance in the range of core print at bottom flange surface was too less.The core print dimension at corresponding location of the cover core was increased by 0.5 mm,thereby the machining allowance at this location met the casting drawing requirement.(3)The dimensions of oil canal location in top mould were near to the lower limits that could cause risk of dimensions exceeding tolerance.By setting the chaplet in the preset chaplet seat,the wall thickness was restored to 4.5 mm and thereby met technical requirement.
