摘 要:熔融沉积成型(Fused Deposition Modeling,FDM)碳纤维增强ABS丝材相对于ABS丝材,具有强度高、质量轻等优点,其成型质量取决于FDM成型机参数的选择。从成型机参数中选取热床温度、喷头温度、扫描速度以及层高作为研究因素,并对这4个因素进行单因素研究,得出各因素影响制件成型质量的合理范围。以上述4个因素为研究因素,以制件质量作为反应指标,利用响应曲面法进行交互试验设计,根据试验设计方案进行成型试验;用三坐标测量仪测量试验结果,并利用Design-Expert软件分析,从试验结果中选出最优组合;试验结果对于FDM碳纤维增强ABS成型时成型机参数的选择提供了依据。The Fused Deposition Modeling(FDM)carbon fiber reinforced ABS wire has the advantages of high strength and light weight compared with the ABS wire,and its forming quality depends on the selection of the parameters of the FDM molding machine.The heat bed temperature,spray head temperature,scanning speed and layer height were selected as the research factors from the molding machine parameters,and a single factor study was on these four factors conducted,the reasonable range of the factors affecting the forming quality of the parts was obtained.The interactive test design was carried out by using the response surface method,taking the above four factors as the research factors,taking the quality of the parts as the reaction index,and the molding test was carried out according to the test design scheme.The test results were measured by the three-coordinate measuring instrument,and the Design-Expert software was used to analyze and select the optimal combination from the test results.The test results provide a basis for the selection of the molding machine parameters during FDM carbon fiber reinforced ABS molding.
