摘 要:高压消防水泵动态密封泄漏问题一直困扰着制造商和用户。针对高压消防水泵密封泄漏问题,决定采用磁流体与机械动静态复合密封技术来解决。通过对磁流体密封原理的研究,构建了磁流体密封动力学模型,并对密封压力、磁场以及磁流体齿形密封结构等关键技术参数进行了较为深入的探讨。研究设计了磁流体与机械动静态复合密封结构,并通过实验验证了该技术的先进性、可行性和实用性,为该技术的实际应用奠定了理论和实验基础。The dynamic sealing and the leaking of the high-pressure fire pump have long been the trouble problem for the manufacturers and users.Focused on this,the dynamic and static sealing technologies combined with magnetofluid and machinery were presented to solve the problem.Based on the principles of the magnetofluid sealing,the dynamic model was established firstly,and the key technological parameters such as the sealing pressure,the magnetic field and the tooth-shaped sealing structure of the magnetofluid,were discussed thoroughly.The dynamic and static sealing structure combined with magnetofluid and machinery was designed,and the advancement,feasibility and practicability were proved,which would provide a theoretical and experimental foundation on the technology applications.
