摘  要:主要研究了pH、离子强度、腐殖酸和沉积物有机质对普萘洛尔在太湖沉积物上吸附行为的影响.结果表明,沉积物对普萘洛尔具有一定的吸附能力.在强酸环境下,由于H^(+)与带正电荷的普萘洛尔之间的竞争作用使得普萘洛尔的吸附量较小,随着pH的增大,吸附量逐渐增大至基本稳定,但当pH>9时,吸附量明显下降.K^(+)、Na^(+)和Ca^(2+)的存在会减少普萘洛尔在沉积物上的吸附.在pH 5.8—6.0的情况下,随着腐殖酸浓度的增加,普萘洛尔在沉积物上的吸附量逐渐增加,而后逐渐到达平台期.有机质对普萘洛尔在沉积物上的吸附起到一定作用,普萘洛尔在天然水体中更倾向于吸附到沉积物的无机矿物成分上.普萘洛尔在太湖沉积物上的吸附等温线符合Freundlich吸附模型,拟二级动力学方程能较好地描述普萘洛尔在太湖沉积物上的吸附过程.This article mainly studied the effects of pH, ionic strength, humic acid and the sediment organic matter on the adsorption of propranolol by the Taihu Lake sediments. The results showed that propranolol could be adsorbed on the sediments. In a strong acid environment, the adsorption capacity of propranolol was low due to the competition between H^(+) and the positive charged propranolol. Moreover, the adsorption capacities gradually increased with the increasement of pH when pH < 4.5, but when pH > 9, the adsorption capacity was significantly reduced. The coexisting of K^(+), Na^(+) and Ca^(2+) inhibited the adsorption of propranolol. In the case of pH 5.8—6.0, the adsorption of propranolol on the sediments increased with the increasing of humic acid concentration, and then kept stable in the whole. Propranolol was more inclined to be adsorbed on the inorganic mineral components rather than the organic matter of the Taihu Lake sediments. The adsorption isotherms of propranolol on the Taihu Lake sediments were in accordance with the Freundlich adsorption model. The pseudo second-order kinetic equation could better describe the adsorption process of propranolol on the Taihu Lake sediments.
