摘 要:高等教育的法治化赋予了大学生转调专业的权利。但是,目前大学生转专业行为存在多元化的动因,其中包括弥补高考录取愿填报的失误,学习生活的适应性障碍引起的逃避心理,专业本身带来的成本与效益失衡,学生个体缺少主见而导致的从众心理等,这些动因多数是个人理性选择与社会学习的结果。为了进一步规范学生的转专业行为与促进人的全面发展,需要制定以“学生选择,学校引导”作为基本的制度框架来加以疏导,以“工具理性与价值理性融合”作为学生专业转调的价值取向,以“质量提升与品牌建设”为核心强化高校内部改革,提升专业吸引力。The legalization of higher education entrusts college students with the right to change their majors.However,there are diverse motivations for them to do so,including making up for the mistake of filling in the college entrance examination admission form,the avoidance caused by the adaptive disorder in learning,the imbalance between costs and benefits brought by the major itself,the herd mentality aroused by individual students’lack of personal opinions and so on,which mostly result from individual rational choices and social learning.In order to further standardize students'behavior of changing majors and promote their all-round development,it is necessary to formulate the basic system framework of“students’choices and school’s guidance”.The“integration of instrumental rationality and value rationality”is taken as the value orientation for their major transfer.With“quality improvement and brand building”as the core,colleges’internal reform should be strengthened to enhance the attractiveness of majors.
