摘 要:为了对薄壁4点接触球轴承进行优化设计,课题组研究了不同保持架对轴承力学性能的影响。依据多体动力学理论和赫兹接触理论,运用冲击函数法对薄壁4点接触球轴承定义接触;基于ADAMS建立薄壁4点接触球轴承的多刚体模型;对比单工况时采用滚珠引导的保持架角速度和滚珠自转速度的仿真结果与理论值。分析结果表明:在同工况下,保持架Ⅰ和保持架Ⅱ与滚珠的接触力比保持架Ⅲ要大;保持架Ⅱ的质心轴向振动位移大,而保持架Ⅲ质心轴向振动位移小,运动稳定;保持架Ⅲ在X,Y方向的质心涡动轨迹范围小,表现稳定。Aiming at the optimization design of thin-walled four-point contact ball bearings,the influence of different cages on the mechanical properties of the bearing was analyzed.According to the multi-body dynamics theory and Hertz contact theory,the impact function method was used to define the contact of the thin-walled four-point contact ball bearing.Based on ADAMS,the multi-body model of the thin-walled four-point contact ball bearing was established.Simulation results and theoretical values of cage angular velocity and ball rotation velocity under single working condition were compared by using ball guide.The analysis results show that under the same working conditions,the contact force between the cageⅠand the cage Ⅱwith the ball is greater than that of the cage Ⅲ;the axial vibration displacement of the center of mass of the cage Ⅱ is larger,the axial vibration displacement of the center of mass of the cage Ⅲ is small,and the movement is stable;the range of the vortex trajectory of the center of mass of the cage Ⅲ in the X and Y directions is small and the performance is stable.
