摘 要:光伏面板表面的积尘会降低发电效率,需要对其进行清洁。为实现智能清洁,课题组设计了一款民用太阳能屋顶清扫机及其相应的控制系统。基于MCU控制器设计了该清扫机控制系统的主控模块,并设计了行走电机和清扫电机的驱动模块;采用自主供电模式,设计了储电和电池管理模块;设计了基于WiFi无线通信技术的远程通信和监控模块;设计了控制系统的软件,包括现场控制软件和上位机控制软件。应用结果表明该系统具有安全可靠、操作便捷等特点。该系统为光伏面板的民用场景提供了一种方便的清扫解决方案。The dust accumulation on the surface of photovoltaic panels will reduce the efficiency of power generation,which needs to be cleaned.A civil solar roof sweeper and its corresponding control system was designed to realize intelligent cleaning.The main control module based on MCU,the driving module of walking motor and cleaning motor were designed.The power storage and battery management modules were designed by adopting the autonomous power supply mode.The remote communication and monitoring module based on WiFi wireless communication technology was designed.The software of the control system was designed,including field control software and upper computer control software.The application results show that the system is safe,reliable and easy to operate.This system provides a more convenient solution for the civil scene of photovoltaic panel.
