摘　　要：外周动脉瘤发病率低,解剖结构复杂,常累及重要分支动脉,瘤体切除重建或腔内修复并不适用于所有病例。本文通过2个病例介绍1种新的手术方式——“袖状塑形术”,收集病例基础资料、影像学、手术及随访数据等,并结合文献,详细阐释该术式可作为切除重建和腔内修复的补充手段。Peripheral artery aneurysms,with low incidence and complex anatomic structure,often involve important branches.This paper introduces a new surgical technique—sleeve shaping on the basis of two cases.The basic data,including characteristics,imaging,operation and follow-up data of the cases,were collected.The data were then combined with the previous literature for explaining in detail that this technique can be used as a supplementary method of reconstruction following resection or endovascular repair.
