摘　　要：缓解性血清阴性对称性滑膜炎伴凹陷性水肿(RS3PE)是一种好发于老年男性的罕见疾病,主要表现为对称性手足远端滑膜炎及凹陷性水肿,而实验室检查常提示类风湿因子阴性,多合并肿瘤、感染等疾病。本文报告了1例临床表现为急性起病、对糖皮质激素敏感且依赖的RS3PE合并肺癌,并对另外6例国外关于RS3PE并肺癌病例的发病特点及治疗预后进行了总结。Remitting seronegative symmetrical synovitis with pitting edema(RS3PE),the inflammatory arthritis attacking mainly elderly males,is characterized by symmetrical synovitis with pitting edema of the dorsum of hands and feet and the absence of rheumatoid factor.RS3PE commonly accompanies malignant tumor,infections and other diseases.Here we report a case of RS3PE associated with lung malignancy and review other six cases to summarize the clinical features,treatment and prognosis.
