甲状舌管囊肿及其癌变的超声图像与病理对照的研究

摘　　要：目的回顾分析甲状舌管囊肿及其癌变的超声图像,结合病理组织学特点,总结甲状舌管囊肿及其癌变的超声图像特点,提高诊断准确率。方法回顾我院术后病理证实的216例甲状舌管囊肿患者,术后病理证实的6例甲状舌管癌患者,结合病理分析其超声声像图特点。结果甲状舌管囊肿超声表现大致可分为三类:(1)囊肿型(占94.4%);(2)囊实型(占3.7%);(3)实性不均质型(占1.39%)。甲状舌管癌的超声表现是以囊性为主的囊实性结节。本研究甲状舌管癌的发病率约5.3‰。结论甲状舌管囊肿绝大多数呈囊性表现。囊实性、囊壁内乳头状结节、微钙化,是甲状舌管囊肿癌变的超声特点。Objective To review and analyze the ultrasonic images of thyroglossal duct cyst and its canceration,summarize the ultrasonic image characteristics of thyroglossal duct cyst and its canceration,combined with their histopathological features,and improve the diagnostic accuracy.Methods 216 cases of thyroglossal duct cyst confirmed by postoperation pathology in our hospital were reviewed.and 6 cases of thyroglossal duct carcinoma confirmed by postoperative and pathology in our hospital were analyzed in combination with pathology.Results The ultrasonic manifestation of thyroglossal duct cyst can be divided into three categories:(1)cyst type(94.4%);(2)cystic-solid mixed type(3.7%);(3)solid heterogeneity(1.39%),The ultrasonic manifestations of thyroglossus carcinoma were mainly cystic and solid nodules.The incidence of thyroglossus carcinoma in this group was about 5.3‰.Conclusions Thyroglossal duct cysts are mostly cystic.cystic firmness,papillary nodules inside the cyst wall,and microcalcification are the sonographic characteristics of thyroglossal duct carcinoma.
