囊性部分分化型肾母细胞瘤及多房囊性肾瘤的超声图像分析

摘　　要：目的探讨儿童囊性部分分化型肾母细胞瘤及多房囊性肾瘤的超声图像特点。方法收集我院经病理证实的10例囊性部分分化型肾母细胞瘤及15例多房囊性肾瘤为研究对象,对比术前声像图特征,结合病理探讨有否可供鉴别的差异性。结果两者声像图均表现为多房囊腔结构,蜂窝状、无明显实性成分。以囊隔厚度作为观察指标,差异无显著统计学意义(P>0.05);以瘤体大小作为观察指标,存在显著性差异(P<0.05),细化真实性指标,以瘤体大小0.4L为诊断标准,灵敏度37.6%、特异度59.7%。结论儿童囊性部分分化型肾母细胞瘤及多房囊性肾瘤两者缺乏特征性声像图差异,鉴别仍需囊隔病理结构分析。Objective To study the ultrasonographic features of cystic partially differentiated nephroblastoma and multilocular cystic nephroma in children.Methods 10 cases of cystic partially differentiated nephroblastoma and 15 cases of multilocular cystic nephroma confirmed by pathology from 2006 to 2018 in Beijing Children′s hospital were collected as the study objects.The differences of preoperative sonographic features and pathological findings were compared.Results Both of them showed multilocular cystic structure,honeycomb and no obvious solid components.There was no significant difference(P>0.05)in the thickness of cystic septum and the size of tumor(P<0.05).The authenticity index was refined.The tumor size of 0.4 L was used as the diagnostic criterion,the sensitivity was 37.6%,and the specificity was 59.7%.Conclusions There is no characteristic difference between cystic partial differentiation nephroblastoma and multilocular cystic nephroma in children.
