摘　　要：目的分析女性阑尾低级别黏液性肿瘤(LAMNs)的超声特点。方法回顾性分析14例女性LAMNs的临床资料及超声表现。结果女性LAMNs声像图表现为两种类型:(1)右下腹长椭圆形囊性包块型,单房,呈"胶冻状"、"洋葱皮样",部分可见右卵巢;(2)盆腹腔内不规则形囊性包块型,多房,呈"胶冻状",多难以探及右卵巢。结论LAMNs有一定的超声特点,掌握其声像图特征,有助于提高诊断的准确性。Objective To analyze the ultrasonic characteristics of low grade appendiceal mucinous neoplasms(LAMNs).Methods Retrospectively analyze the clinical data and ultrasound performance of 14 female LAMNs.Results The ultrasound images showed two types:(1)Long elliptical cystic masses in the lower right abdomen,single room,"jelly-like","onion skin-like",part of the right ovary can be seen.(2)Irregular shape cystic mass in the pelvic abdomen,multi-room,"jelly-like",and it was difficult to detect the right ovary.Conclusions LAMNs have certain ultrasound characteristics.Mastering their sonographic features can help improve the accuracy of diagnosis.
