摘  要:为解决大型连续热处理炉进行钢管热处理过程的炉温均匀性和钢管表里温度测量问题,基于自主研发的黑匣子炉温测试系统,依据AMS2750E开展了相关测试工作,成功解决了大型连续炉的均匀性以及炉内转动+步进运动的管坯的表里温度测量问题。利用黑匣子炉温测试系统,实测并记录了管坯在正火炉内热处理过程中的温度分布,给出了加热过程中管坯内部及附近炉气温度的实时变化情况,并绘出了各测点在管坯整个加热过程中的变化曲线,为优化管坯热处理工艺,改善加热质量提供了准确的测试方法。In order to solve the problems of temperature uniformity and surface-to-interior temperature measurement of steel pipes in the heat treatment process of large continuous heat treatment furnaces,the related measurement work are carried out based on the self-developed black box temperature measurement system and AMS2750 E,and the problems of uniformity of large continuous furnaces and surface-to-interior temperature measurement of pipe billets moving in rotation and stepping are successfully solved.Using the black box furnace temperature measuring system,the temperature distribution of tube billet during heat treatment in normalizing furnace was measured and recorded,the real-time change of furnace gas temperature inside and near the tube billet during heating was given,and the change curve of each measuring point during the whole heating process of tube billet was drawn.It provides an accurate test method for optimizing the heat treatment process of tube blank and improving the heating quality.
