摘　　要：卧管箱式炉辐射炉管和管架存在热膨胀差,为使炉管安全稳定运行,设计中一般通过设计合理的转油线结构解决这类问题,并运用Caesar Ⅱ软件验证设计结构的合理性,同时对安装制造提出技术要求,为设计人员解决该类问题提供参考。There is thermal expansion difference between radiant furnace tube and tube support of horizontal tube box furnace.In order to ensure safe and stable operation of furnace tube,reasonable oil transfer line structure is generally designed to solve this kind of problem,and CaesarⅡsoftware is used to verify the rationality of design structure.At the same time,technical requirements for installation and manufacturing are put forward,which provides reference for designers to solve such problems.
