摘　　要：沃诺拉赞为新型钾离子竞争性酸阻断药,与传统质子泵抑制剂(PPIs)相比,在治疗酸相关疾病(ARDs)如胃食管反流病、消化性溃疡、幽门螺杆菌感染等方面具有非劣效或优效,该药为ARDs患者提供了一种新的治疗选择。Vonoprazan,as a novel potassium-competitive acid blockers,is non-inferior or superior to traditional proton pump inhibitors(PPIs)in treatment of patients with acid-related diseases(ARDs),which including gastroesophageal reflux disease,peptic ulcer disease,and helicobacter pylori infection.This new drug will provide a new treatment option for patients with ARDs.
