创新创业驱动下英国大学发展的动向与借鉴

摘　　要：为应对不确定和复杂动荡的外部环境挑战及大学面临的经费和知识组织转型内部压力,英国大学通过创新创业来实现转型发展。在创新创业驱动下,英国大学将创新创业融入战略规划,驱动大学差异化和特色化发展;更加重视创业课程与创业课外活动的实施;转变知识组织方式以促进知识交换与转移;持续优化升级大学组织管理模式;强化合作以保持大学与利益相关者的平衡。在创新驱动发展的新时代,我国大学应规划创新创业发展愿景,构建创新创业人才培养模式,探索多样化的学术创业路径,提升大学对创新创业的领导力。In order to meet challenges of an external turbulent environment and solve the pressure of internal funding sources and knowledge organization transformation,British universities have achieved transformation and development through innovation and entrepreneurship.Driven by innovation and entrepreneurship,British universities integrates the innovation and entrepreneurship concept into strategic planning,and drives university differentiation and characteristic development;highlights the implementation of the entrepreneurship curriculum and entrepreneurship extracurricular activities;promotes knowledge exchange and transfer by the new knowledge organization mode;optimizes and upgrades the university organization and management mode continuously;strengthens cooperation to maintain a balance between universities and stakeholders.In the new era of innovation-driven development,Chinese universities should plan the vision of innovation and entrepreneurship development,establish a training model for innovation and entrepreneurial personnel,explore diversified academic entrepreneurship paths,and enhance the university′s leadership in innovation and entrepreneurship.
