摘　　要：目的探讨GLTC医患沟通模式在临床专业实习医生医患沟通能力培养中的应用效果。方法在临床专业医学生医院实习阶段医患沟通能力培训过程中应用GLTC医患沟通模式,与传统的教学方式对比研究,应用SEGUE量表及Mini-CEX量表考核,评价教学效果。结果2年内(2018年9月—2020年1月),2018级实习学生采用传统的教学方式,2019级学生应用“GLTC医患沟通模式”,2019级实习医生医患沟通技能平均分、考官满意度平均分、实习医生满意度平均分都高于2018级实习学生,P<0.05,具有统计学意义;同时标准化病人对2019级学生医患沟通的评价结果优良率(80.68%)明显高于2018级实习学生(64.63%),P<0.05,两级临床专业实习医生考核成绩及满意度评价存在差异。结论应用GLTC医患沟通模式进行临床实习医生医患沟通能力培训,较传统的培训方式更为有效。Objective To explore the effect of GLTC communication model in training the ability of doctorpatient communication of clinical interns.Methods Compared with the traditional teaching method,"GLTC communication model"was used in the training of doctorpatient communication ability of clinical medical students during their hospital practice,and SEGUE framework and Mini-CEX framework were used to evaluate the teaching effect.Results Within 2 years(September 2018 to January 2020),the students of class 2018 adopted traditional teaching methods,and the students of class 2019 adopted"GLTC doctor-patient communication model",the average scores of doctor-patient communication skills,interviewers'satisfaction and interns'satisfaction in 2019 were higher than those in 2018 students(P<0.05),which had statistical significance.At the same time,the excellent rate(80.68%)of standardized patients'evaluation on the doctor-patient communication of 2019 students was significantly higher than that of 2018 students(64.63%,P<0.05).There were differences in the evaluation results and satisfaction degree between the two grades of interns.Conclusion GLTC mode is more effective than traditional training mode in training clinical interns'doctor-patient communication ability.
