子宫背带式缝合术在剖宫产产后出血中的疗效

摘　　要：目的观察在剖宫产产后出血中采用子宫背带式缝合术治疗的效果。方法选取2017年2月—2018年3月于我院接受治疗的80例剖宫产产后出血患者作为观察对象,将其随机分为对照组和研究组,对照组40例给予填塞纱布进行治疗,另外40例为研究组给予子宫背带式缝合术进行治疗,观察并比较两组患者的治疗有效率。结果经治疗后,研究组的治疗有效率、并发症发生率、术后1天出血量、平均手术时间均优于对照组。两组患者的临床疗效对比存在明显差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对剖宫产产后出血患者采用子宫背带式缝合术效果显著,能够减少术后出血量和手术时间,还能够帮助子宫修复,早日恢复生育功能。Objective To observe the effect of the suture of uterine back belt in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section.Methods 80 patients with postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section who were treated in our hospital from February 2017 to March 2018 were randomly divided into the control group and the study group.40 patients in the control group were treated with gauze packing,and 40 patients in the study group were treated with uterine belt suture.The treatment efficiency of the two groups was observed and compared.Results After treatment,the effective rate,complication rate,bleeding volume and average operation time of the study group were better than those of the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion It is effective to use the suture of uterine back belt for the patients with postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section,which can reduce the amount of bleeding and operation time,and also can help the uterus recover the fertility function as soon as possible.
