摘 要:目的探究C反应蛋白(CRP)、血清降钙素原(PCT)对于新生儿细菌感染性疾病诊断的临床价值。方法从2018年10月—2019年10月在我院诊治的细菌性感染疾病的新生儿中选取200例,按照病情程度分为重度感染组(n=60)和局部感染组(n=140),将同期未发生感染的新生儿作为对照组(n=60),比较出生后第2 d感染组和对照组血清CRP、PCT水平、阳性率以及感染组治疗前后CRP、PCT水平、CRP阳性率、PCT阳性率。结果重度感染组和局部感染组血清CRP、PCT水平及阳性率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);感染组治疗后血清CRP、PCT水平及阳性率显著低于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论血清CRP、PCT水平可作为新生儿细菌感染性疾病诊断的重要指标。Objective To explore the clinical value of C-reactive protein(CRP)and procalcitonin(PCT)in the diagnosis of neonatal bacterial infectious diseases.Methods From October 2018 to October 2019,200 newborns with bacterial infection diseases were selected from our hospital and divided into severe infection group(n=60)and local infection group(n=140)according to the degree of illness.The newborns without infection in the same period were taken as the control group(n=60).The serum CRP,PCT level,positive rate in infection group and control group on the second day after birth and CRP,PCT level,CRP positive rate and PCT positive rate in the infection group were compared.Results The levels and positive rates of CRP and PCT in the severe infection group and local infection group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the levels and positive rates of CRP and PCT in the infection group were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum CRP and PCT levels can be used as important indicators for the diagnosis of bacterial infectious diseases in neonates.
