摘　　要：目的探讨基于Orem的个案管理在腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)患者中的应用。方法选取86例腰椎间盘突出症患者为例,于2018年8月—2019年11月入院,依据随机对照原则分为对照组(常规护理)与观察组(Orem为框架的个案管理模式),每组各43例。比较两组自理程度、临床疗效及治疗前、后的JOA(腰椎功能评分)评分。结果观察组自理程度及临床疗效均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组JOA评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对腰椎间盘突出症患者行Orem为框架的个案管理模式,可有效改善患者自我管理能力,提高临床治疗效果,改善患者腰椎功能,值得应用。Objective To explore the application of Orembased case management in patients with lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods 86 cases of patients with lumbar disc herniation were selected as patients.They were hospitalized from August 2018 to November 2019.They were divided into control group(routine care)and observation group(Orem framed case management model)based on the randomized control principle.There were 43 cases in each group.The degree of self-care,clinical efficacy and JOA(lumbar vertebral function score)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The degree of self-care and clinical efficacy of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);the JOA score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The Orem-based case management model for patients with lumbar disc herniation can effectively improve patients'self-management ability,improve clinical treatment effect,and improve lumbar spine function,it is worth application.
