摘　　要：数据质量是临床研究的核心,一个好的数据采集管理系统可以让研究事半功倍。传统的数据采集管理方式已不能满足目前临床研究的需要,电子数据采集管理(EDC)系统日益受到推崇。REDCap是全世界医学研究者使用最广泛的EDC系统。它具有免费、简单易学、安全可靠和功能强大等优点。本文将从一个临床医生的角度,介绍利用REDCap建立一个前瞻性队列研究数据库的具体操作方法。Data quality is the core of clinical research.A good data collection and management system enables the research yield twice of the result with only half the effort.The methods of traditional data collection and management can no longer meet the current clinical research requirements,so electronic data capture(EDC)systems are gaining popularity.Research electronic data capture(REDCap)is the most widely used EDC system for medical researchers worldwide.It is a free,easy to learn,safe,reliable and powerful tool.From the perspective of a clinician user,the specific operation procedures for establishing a prospective cohort study database by using REDCap are introduced.
